But that did not stop the SPD and its candidate OB-Jürgen Nimptsch on Thursday from writing a multi-million options on.
The figures, which is currently being juggled in Berlin, just seem too tempting.
When put together in the next week, the second stimulus package, provides Nimptsch a demand of 20 billion euros from federal and state funds for all of Germany.
Nimptsch calculates: 20 billion euros - that's 250 euros per citizen, makes 75 million euros for Bonn. And both land and District President will you please let the fingers on the coal ... "The federal funds directly to arrive, calls for the SPD candidate. Well roared.
If the desire for truth is to plan Nimptsch and his group, for example, click here>
Martin Schilling, economics spokesman for the SPD parliamentary group: "The program brings a lot of impetus for the city." With the other groups we have not yet spoken. But: "We have known issues that will not lead to great controversy."
They would now meet with the CDU and the city administration to see which projects are implemented quickly.
